The donkey tails are single-use stickers, the punch balloons are latex, and the Bluey plush is reusable. Each listing says so, and it changes what you order.

Buyer checklist
We read all three listings off the live Amazon.com pages including the detail tables, and sorted them by the question nobody asks until afterwards: is this consumable or reusable, and how many parties does one purchase cover. Two of the three listings answer that themselves, which we have credited where it happens. The Hxezoc listing states both that its poster arrives folded with creases and that the tail stickers cannot be reused, which is unusually honest about its own product. We also recorded the materials, because latex is an allergy consideration at a children's party and is easy to miss on a listing whose bullets lead with fun. Stated ages in this category are unreliable: one listing gives 0 to 6 years and another gives 4 to 4 years, and we have reported them as published while saying where they are not usable. We have not run a party with any of these.
Only the Bluey plush. It is a soft toy with electronics that starts and stops the music, so it goes back in the cupboard and comes out at the next birthday, and the only consumable element is whatever prizes you put inside it. The donkey tails are stickers and the listing says plainly they cannot be reused, so the fifty supplied are the fifty you get. Punch balloons are single-use by nature. If you host a birthday every year, the reusable item is worth more per pound than its price suggests and the consumables are worth buying in the quantity you will actually use.
Enough to check, yes. Latex allergy is uncommon but not rare, and reactions range from a rash on contact to something more serious, which is why hospitals and many schools are latex-free environments. The LEEZZIZZ punch balloons are specified as BPA-free non-toxic latex, which addresses chemical safety rather than allergy. If any guest's parents have mentioned a latex allergy, balloons of any kind are the item to leave out, and that is worth a question on the invitation rather than a discovery at the party.
Two or three, and less than you think. A typical two-hour party loses most of its time to arrivals, food, cake and present-opening, so there is realistically room for one active game, one calm game and a take-home favour. The common mistake is buying five activities and running out of time after two, which leaves unopened packets. The sensible kit from this page is the poster game for the active slot, the plush for the calm slot, and the balloons as the favour, which is three purchases covering three different jobs.
