GOOLOO GP4000: What to Know
GOOLOO rates the GP4000 at 4000A peak, for gas engines of any size and diesel engines up to 10.0L, the widest published diesel ceiling in this guide, aimed at bigger trucks. As with every peak-amp figure here, treat it as a marketing ceiling rather than a sustained equivalent: GOOLOO doesn't publish a separate cranking-amp rating for the GP4000, so, like the NOCO and HULKMAN packs, there's no CA number to check it against your battery's own CCA spec.
Battery capacity is where the sourcing gets inconsistent. GOOLOO's own FAQ page lists the GP4000 at 88.8Wh / 24,000mAh, while a customer Q&A thread on GOOLOO's own Amazon listing calculates a different figure of roughly 99.2Wh at 14.4V (implying around 6,900mAh) for what appears to be the same unit. These numbers don't reconcile cleanly and may reflect different hardware revisions or confusion with GOOLOO's similarly-named GT4000 line. Buyers who need an exact Wh figure should check the label on their specific unit rather than treat either source as final.
The GP4000 uses what GOOLOO calls 10-layer SuperSafe protection, covering overcurrent, overvoltage, overcharge, and reverse polarity, plus spark-proof clamps. It includes 100W USB-C input/output, weighs under 2 lb, and ships with an EVA carrying case. An independent test found it survived a waist-height concrete drop and delivered 12 real jumps over two weeks before dropping to 60% charge, solid performance, but short of GOOLOO's advertised '60+ jumps per charge' claim under real-world rather than lab conditions.
